These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the KD Garments website and any order you place through it. By creating an account, browsing our catalog, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. KD Garments operates from Shop No. 12, Siru Chowk, Jhulelal Bazar, Behind Jai Shanker Hotel, Ulhasnagar-2, Maharashtra.

To place an order you must create an account using your email address (or Google sign-in) and a valid phone number. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information — we use it to confirm and deliver your order.

We try to keep product descriptions, sizes, stock and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or stock errors, and to cancel an order affected by such an error, before it is confirmed.

KD Garments does not accept payment through this website — there is no online payment gateway. When you place an order, it is created with the status “Pending Verification” and you are directed to WhatsApp to confirm the order and arrange payment directly with us. An order is only confirmed once we mark it as verified after speaking with you. You can message us on WhatsApp at any time from your order page if you weren't able to the first time.

Delivery is free on all orders placed through the website. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared with you over WhatsApp once your order is verified and packed.

Whether an item is returnable, refundable, or replaceable depends entirely on the item itself — there is no single policy that applies to everything we sell. Each product page clearly states, before you place your order, whether that item is returnable (with a refund) and/or replaceable (a swap for the same item, with no refund or return), and how many days you have to act after delivery. Please read this on the product page before ordering.

If a product page marks an item as not returnable or not replaceable, we're unable to accept a return, refund, or replacement for that item except where required by law. For anything else about an order you've received, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help directly.

Coupon codes are subject to the terms shown at the time of use (minimum order value, maximum discount, expiry and usage limits). We may modify or withdraw a coupon or offer at any time without prior notice.

The KD Garments name, logo, and website content are the property of KD Garments and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product images and descriptions are for informational use on this website only.

KD Garments is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
